The Crescent Ski Council (CSC) Annual Fall Conference is a fun fall weekend with members of other ski clubs in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The registration deadline has passed, but club officers and committee members are attending to learn the latest on Crescent trips and racing.
Activities: Arrive early Friday for a free tour of the Gatlinburg Trout Facility at 2 pm. Enjoy a guided hike in the Smokies on Saturday or a free Ole Smoky Mountain Moonshine tour and tasting. There will be a Ski Trade Show and DJ/Dance Party Saturday evening with free food, wine, and beer. Come dressed up in your Halloween’s finest!
Guests: Current members may bring one guest. Sign in as a member to register and pay their fees when you purchase your own ticket.
Fees: All fees are non-refundable, per person rates. Most meals are paid on your own. You may choose to include Saturday lunch for $7 and/or Sunday breakfast at the Log Cabin Pancake House for $15.
Lodging: Click here to make room reservations online at the Glenstone Lodge OR call (800) 362-9522 and dial 1 for Individual Reservations. Glenstone requires payment for the first night when you book; the remaining balance is due at check-in.
Smoky Mountain Parking: The Smoky Mountain National Park requires parking passes. Purchase a $5 daily parking pass or a $15 weekly pass. Or you can purchase an annual pass for $40.
Administrator Meetings: Club officers and committee chairs will meet to discuss Crescent trips, racing, and admin best practices.

Club Membership Requirement: You must be a club member to attend this trip. An annual single membership is only $30 or you can purchase a family membership for $50.
